The main downfall noted by reviewers of the Precor EFX 532 Elliptical Trainer was the poorly designed bio-mechanics of the unit. In essense the motion of the machine didn't seem to fit any motion that the reviewers bodies were designed to do. Thus their workouts left them sore for all the wrong reasons.
