Reviewers were impressed by the sturdyness of the design, the relatively low price for the quality of the elliptical trainer and the high end customer service. The only complaint about the Fitness Quest Eclipse 1000HR seemed to be the noise of the unit. Reviewers complained about clanking in the disk, as well as noise elevation as the machine was used more often.
